Headland Gardens Holiday Apartments feature a resort style holiday complex with 27 self contained 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments on 3 levels. All apartments have balconies or patios, which overlook the lush tropical gardens surrounding the complex. This tropical oasis is located in the middle of the Sunshine Coast at the Alexander Headlands. Just 15 minutes from Sunshine Coast (Maroochydore ) Airport and just over an hour's drive to Brisbane Airport. Take in the Mooloolaba night life and make the most of the alfresco dining along the esplanade.
You'll find family friendly, Self Contained Apartments, with full kitchen, washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. Relax beside the heated tropical pool, play a game of tennis, billiards in the games room or wind down in the Spa, Sauna, and Steam room. There is also a children's pool. We have a BBQ on the grounds for your use. Rooms have views of either the beach with ocean breeze and/or tropical pool. A short 50 metre stroll takes you to a patrolled beach. Walk to shops and restaurant. We have a tour desk and friendly helpful staff.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy
A deposit at the time of booking of 0.00 or 0 for Christmas holidays applies. If a booking is cancelled a refund of the deposit less an administration fee of .00 will only be made if more than 28 days notice is given in high season and 14 days notice at other times. If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days in high season and 14 days notice in other times prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be no refund until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee of .00 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded. If you choose the phone or fax payment option, you must contact us within 24 hours with your payment details. All tariffs are in Australian dollars and are subject to change without notice.
